Feeding Assessment Tool – Comprehensive Analysis – SET OF 50

Within 48 hours of your purchase you will receive a link to a portal, which will expire after completing all 50 assessments (within any time frame). This assessment is comprised of two sections: food selectivity and eating behaviors. In the food selectivity section you will be asked numerous questions regarding specific foods. This will yield an analysis of food selectivity based on textures, colors, shapes, temperatures, and flavor profiles. In the eating behaviors section you will be asked questions across three categories: eating-related communication, social eating skills, and physiological and motor abilities. Each category will receive a score and corresponding range, as well as a list of recommended areas for growth. All results will be viewable in an individualized PDF that is generated upon completion of each test.
